My quest and purpose is to offer you the skills and practices to be guided back home to authentic YOU through quiet practice.

“ I long, as does every other human being, to be at HOME wherever I find myself.” (Maya Angelou)

When you develop the skills to connect with your heartfelt self, a shift happens. You move from the “busy as a badge of honour” energy state that constantly feeds our western culture, into a state of presence and peace.
Something opens. Something relaxes. Life become more easeful..

When you embrace the quietude of rest, you begin to hear the voice of your heart. Connecting with that soft and benevolent voice, you start making  choices that are aligned with your own intuition and intention.

This is where change happens.

LEARN MORE ABOUT MY WORK AND HOW I DISCOVERED THE POWER OF QUIET.

This is the power of quiet.

  • A connection with a deep sense of presence and peace, even if you've had trouble with meditation in the past

  • Boost serotonin levels, improve sleep, decrease anxiety and enhance immune system function

  • Calm the central nervous system and the enteric nervous system to enter a state of deep relaxation

  • Release tension, clear old traumas and stresses and experience deep emotional release

  • Start creating new brain patterns that can help you change how you move through the world

"It was so much deeper than I ever expected it to be. It is such a powerful practice."

What is SanKalpa?
